I've just been skimming blogs recently, rather than reading. I feel sad that I don't have time to blog much anymore. Yesterday I worked my first day on the day-shift, plus I put in overtime. I was at work from 6:30am to 6:30pm. The light in the dark
I don't think I'm going to Days at work on Monday. There are desks and computers for us, but not chairs. I asked my supervisor about it last night twice and then asked him a third time to let me know by phone tonight about what time I'll work on Monday, but I've still not heard anything. November 15th
November 15th will always be an important date to me. Near the start of orchestra class on that day, way back in 1988, a tornado passed by the main building and east side of our school grounds, severely damaging several fast food places and apartment buildings. KU is good at football?
I don't understand. KU is ranked #4 in the nation and after tonight's win they will be 10-0 for the season. Never in my whole life can I remember a time when KU had a good football team. The Life of Cars
It's not been a banner week for my car. I went to Whole Foods to look for gluten-free graham crackers and when I tried to unlock my door, the plastic knob broke off. The One Where I Suck, Because I Fail At Everything
Wednesday I worked overtime, but left work earlier than I planned so I could get home before my sister went to bed. I needed her to help me pop the hood on my car so I could put oil in it, because the oil likes to leak out. A car that leaks and a hood that takes two people to pop is not a good combination.
