Sorry I can't contain myself. The Leaky Cauldron has finally officially announced LeakyCon 2009 which will be held May 21 to 24, 2009 in Boston, Mass.

Pooh, looks like I'll miss it! I'm sure I mentioned somewhere along the line that school is still in at the end of may...

Yeah. US students will be off for Memorial Day weekend, so too bad it's Thu 21-Sun 24 instead of Fri 22-Mon 25. This may have been the best time they could get price-wise since a lot of conferences and conventions are already booked for 2009. That's pure speculation on my part though.

That would be my guess as well. Unfortunately, even with the holiday, I wouldn't be able to make it. There will just be too much going on. Oh well, I know everyone that makes it will have a wonderful time! I'll have to live vicariously through you all!
