I'm guessing they're a little distracted by things that go bump in the night and dealing with another black-out. But it could also be the fact that murder here has lost its potency, since the dead always come back.

I'm sure the victims still hate dying and wish justice on the one who killed them in the first place. They were well before the blackout and these monsters, so that's a poor excuse.

Don't be a stupid fool. You know nothing of how far we've come along or what we've done. If you truly have a complaint about how we work, submit some evidence for us to review.

Just because we don't foolishly broadcast our every triumph and victory doesn't mean we haven't completed things.

Perhaps it's only because this threat is slightly more obvious, and one they can supposedly stop. It's not like they've any idea whom they're looking for in terms of the recent murders, after all.

I assure you that we are. It seems like we've been saddled with even more work as of late. Public safety is a top priority even more than ever now and we hope residences take head to our warnings, while we do everything we can to keep them safe.
