With everything else happening here, has everyone forgotten that two people have been murdered in recent months? The police don't seem to care enough to even warn the residents here to be careful, not do they seem to be taking measures to investigate and find the killer. I can understand that it's likely hard in a plce where people can leave at the city's whims, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't even try.

Perhaps incompetent police are a universal problem. They were certainly that way back in Tokyo.
