And by that I mean my hockey team, not writing implements I may have misplaced. Just the fallout from free-agency. On the plus side, the Pens resigned Mark Eaton, Brooks Orpik and Evgeni Malkin. I am tired from travelling to college orientation, but elated over finally getting my grandmother's treadle sewing machine. Am happy to have a locket with my grandparent's photos from the early 1900's inside, but frustrated from struggling with a fic that I just can't seem to finish. The dog is still gimpy, but I'm sleeping in my bed tonight, thank you very much, the couch is evil. However, I will wake up around 3 am to let him out, because the steroids he is now on make him pee constantly. It's 2 am and I'm sleeping on the couch tonight. Why? Because I brought a gimpy dog home from the vet's today and he can't do stairs yet. I have to get up in 4 hours, which seems pointless right now, as in 2 hours, Roy the Roomba will wake me up as he starts his nightly vacuuming.
