It makes no sense. I can manage to comment on other comms and sometimes post, but I'm absolutely terrible at writing anything here. This is why I don't have a Facebook page (yet) and why I laugh when friends tell me I should write a blog. *snort* Because it would be empty, that's why!

*shakes head at self*

I really have the best of intentions of writing here now and again, but obviously, I am completely worthless when it comes to any kinds of updates. I should really do something about that.

However, as we're slated to get about a foot of snow by tomorrow afternoon, I believe I'm just going to go watch a movie.

...in all the excitement and distraction of touring with the Cup, I forgot to mention that Detroit did get knocked on its behind, Mr. Fair-Weather-Team Hossa failed to get his name engraved on Lord Stanley's masterpiece and seriously, the Blackhawks need to have their heads examined.

Done now.

...I totally suck at posting. I suppose I could pretend that I'm still swept up in the whirlwind of post-Stanley Cup celebration and thus try and excuse my complete and utter lack of journal entries over the last 9 months.

Yeah, that's totally it. I'm off having my day with the Cup, That's my story and I'm sticking with it.

So the kitchen is currently filled with boxes and flat-packed furniture that needs to be stuffed in the back of the van so we can haul it out to Pittsburgh and kidlet #2's apartment.
