Brand New Year, Brand New...Outlook???

Well I'd say that 2009 is off to a somewhat so-so start.  The end of 2008 wasn't at all that great.  I found out just a week before Christmas that the entire call center staff here in the city was laid off, so it wasn't a very merry Christmas for all of us (across the board under our company about 525 people were laid off a week before the holiday

I'm so sorry to hear about the job, Leen, but I'm glad to see you haven't lost your spirit. *hug* I hope you had a good Christmas in spite of it.

Thanks. *huggles* My Christmas was okay, although I kinda gave a few people some IOUs as far as their presents are concerned -LoL- but they're all aware of my situation so they knew why I wasn't able to get them presents this year. How was your Christmas and New Year?

I've been wanting to go back to school for the longest time, but I always backed out coz of work, but now I don't have "work" as an excuse so yeah, I'm gonna be a student again. -LoL-
