Well I'd say that 2009 is off to a somewhat so-so start.  The end of 2008 wasn't at all that great.  I found out just a week before Christmas that the entire call center staff here in the city was laid off, so it wasn't a very merry Christmas for all of us (across the board under our company about 525 people were laid off a week before the holiday ( Read more... )
