It's been just about six months. There are so many goals I haven't even touched upon yet, and that makes me a little sad, but I've made a lot of good changes already. Doing this list has made a noticeable difference in my life. It makes me happy.

Frustrated with how little directed effort I'm putting forward lately. Winter--especially January--is always difficult. Everything feels like it takes more effort right now, and I just feel like I can't be bothered. It's been a really good week, though I'm not miraculously picking up all the good habits I'd like. So much for wishful thinking. I'm still feeling really good about my overall progress. Here's why!

Kicked ass at work today. Inbox is already empty. Tomorrow, it'll just be a matter of keeping up with calls. Totally marking that done this week.

Also, 32 oz is really easy while I'm at work. 64 is looking more and more like it's a better goal. Still, gonna give it a month, make sure I can manage before setting myself up for failure.

It's really silly how happy I am that I drank 32 ounces of water yesterday and today. The water bottle is really helping. If I can get into this habit, I want to up it to 64 ounces, which is really what I should be drinking every day. I think if I could manage that, I'd be feeling a lot healthier in general ( Read more... )
