WHY: As we've picked up a board gaming addiction, they've started piling up all over our living room. We don't have enough space!
HOW: Find a place to put them, either by purchasing appropriate furniture or making better use of what we have.

54: Keep the banister clean for eight weeks.
WHAT: Stop putting stuff on the banister, damnit!
WHY: Because there are better places to put my clothes than the banister by the stairs that people first see when they enter the apartment. It's a bad habit that I should break.

WHAT: Put a lock or latch on the spare bedroom door.
WHY: Way back when the asshole was living with me, he broke the door to what used to be our room. Its handle had long since been gone. Misty likes to go in there, though, and... poop. This is bad.
HOW: Buy latch, lock or knob. Apply to door. Keep door closed.

WHAT: Clean out the old Saturn and either donate or sell it. (Formerly: clean out the car every week.)
WHY: Since we bought the Spectra, we've been really good about keeping it clean... but we've also been taking up two parking spaces. I want to clean out the Saturn and get it out of our lot.

Day Two!
It's really silly how happy I am that I drank 32 ounces of water yesterday and today. The water bottle is really helping. If I can get into this habit, I want to up it to 64 ounces, which is really what I should be drinking every day. I think if I could manage that, I'd be feeling a lot healthier in general ( Read more... )
