Day 195 Update

Yeah, slacking. I know. At least with these posts. I've been pretty good about... well, some other things, anyway. Let's take a look!
  • 12. I've been drinking nothing but water, really, with rare exception. And I'm trying to cut out the exceptions. I've got water bottles for both home and work. I'm working on modifying this goal so that it's more achievable.
  • 13. Mostly doing well with breakfasts. If I hit snooze more than once, I have a hard time sitting down for breakfast at home. I should probably pick up something that I can easily grab to go for those days. That said, the exceptions have been rare. Also working on modifying this to give it a defined target.
  • 21. Went up last week due to some indulgences, but they were worth it and the difference was small (1.4 lbs). I expect to see that going down again this week.
  • 23. There's a place right in town that does lots of different ongoing yoga classes which, from what I'm gathering, don't require signing up or anything, though they do suggest calling ahead so that there's space for you. I emailed the owner today with some questions I had. It's a first step.
  • 53. Bought a new pair of fabulous, comfortable, open-toed shoes. With a heel. And good support. They were expensive, but so very totally worth it. I feel like a real girl when I wear them. I walk taller. Not just because of the heels. Also got my grey skirt (yay!) and pink sweater (too late for winter) in the mail finally. There are more things I will need which will be worth delineating in a details post soon.
  • 58. Yeah. Totally worth it. We'll be doing using the laundry service every month.
  • 91. Printed out my application today. Need to find my birth certificate. Gonna need this if I take that cruise.
  • 99. Pow.

I'm working on redoing several items on the list, including removing goals which don't feel relevant to me anymore, six months later, and defining targets for the more nebulous goals.
