Hey everyone. My boyfriend and I are thinking about possibly moving to Philly next year. Does anyone have any recommendations of apartment complexes/areas to live/avoid? I have two cats so we need a place that is pet friendly. Thanks in advance!

Any recommendations for a good neighborhood in South Philly? Friend is looking to rent a studio apartment to be closer to her work at 25th and Oregon Ave. I'm from the Northeast so I don't know South Philly too well. Any apartment/landlord recommendations would be great too. TIA.
