In which our hero ambles

A couple days ago, i walked home from work. This morning, i walked to work.

The walk takes me past the Blommer chocolate factory, which has lately been under investigation by the EPA.

It takes me past 4Taste, an appetizer lounge that i'd never seen before. Despite being a scant few hundred yards from a factory, it still requires appropriate dress ( Read more... )

I feel similarly about walking up Broadway past Argyle.

The angle streets in general are great for slicing quickly through different neighborhoods. Clark, for example, is a great walk pretty much anywhere between downtown and the northern edge of the city.

Suburbanites don't know what they're missing.
