I love it when outsiders look in on House and Wilson. I can imagine Louise and especially Rosie so well. (Mark confused me because I thought it was Stacy's Mark for a minute.)

Yay outsider perspective! It's very fitting here the man can only imagine House being attracted to Cameron or Cuddy, despite his relations with them typically being frosty at best, and it's the women who notice the more subtle signs between House/Wilson.
