What 2009 taught me:
- choco-holic.
- curly hair isn't so bad. i don't feel quite myself w/ straight hair.
- i need to slow down and bide my time. on that same token, carpe diem. -
Pensive
Sometimes listening to KOL's "Talihina Sky" makes me nostalgic for my childhood in Oklahoma. I can still picture the flat land, the buffalo, and rides to Mount Scott. Singing the OK anthem at school, playing with that ginger kid at the creek, teaching myself how to ride a bike. My mother.
I hope she's doing well. -

Vegan shoes!
So my friend told me about this charity website, http://www.tomsshoes.com/, that makes vegan shoes and some clothes. You'd think with it being vegan products it'd be cheaper, but apparently they do a great deal of charity work. He said they're like walking on marshmallows.
