I was really hpoing to have my little easter bunny but he is just so comfy in my belly.

on Easter one of my cousins commented: "he's sure got a lot of baby acne."

"no" I said, "he stayed in so long he came out a teenager, and now he's going through puberty."

so, about a month ago, I lost my mucous plug, complete with bloody show... Nothing happened, apparently, seeing how I'm now in here. So, the last couple of days I've been losing chuncks and chuncks of mucous plug left and right but, no bloody show. I was all crazy like and wanted an induction just to get it over with a week agao but now, I don't want anyne near me to try to induce nothing. Don't get me wrong, I still want this kid out, I'm going insane and I'm so uncomfortable but, I DO NOT want a C-section under any means. the other day I was on the phone with my aunt, and in the background I could hear my uncle saying "tell her to get a real doctor, get induced, and get it overwith!"

I'm Amber, pregnant with my second child. Currently in "the fourth trimester". Now we are playing the waiting game, and I've already had 2 'false'-labor moments. I know some people's tickers taunt them at the end, saying "I am either born now or overdue" or "I should be here by now!" or some such nonsense.. I was worried about lilypie's (the one I use) since, you know, I've never seen what it does past 40 weeks even.. turns out all it does is keep counting. yay! I was afraid it would blow up or something.

I talked to my MW yesterday and she told my I'm not overdue for 13 more days (12 from today..) which would be 42 weeks. I dunno.. 42 isn't a magical number to me. it's all the same.. 41, 43, so on.. but then she went to 45w3d so she's probably sick of me complaining. or really, really understands ( Read more... )
