He's dressed in his robes this time, and the moment he enters the Inn, Harry sighs with relief and sinks into a nearby chair.

His fourth year has only just started, and it's already turning out to be one hell of a year.

Out of Inn: Buffy doesn't have to kill Angel after all, and Buffy and Xander still have issues that confuse Willow.

Buffy wanders into the Inn, looking faintly distracted, and not in the bad way she has been the last couple days. She's actually smiling a little. It's been a bad few days, but tonight made it somewhat better.

An anarchist is present, looking perturbed.

Such an expression is normally followed by mayhem of some sort. The kind that makes law abiding citizens gasp, and gives law enforcement officials migraines trying to figure out. Most have yet to learn that they'll never figure it out.
