Juliet is lying out on the cool grass and looking up at the starry sky with both wonder and jealousy. She is thinking about many things tonight, not just Romeo for a change, but she is a bit lonely so company is always welcome

Here, Harry. Have a Tonks. She recognizes the trunk as being something like what Hogwarts students use. Plus, y'know, wand in back pocket, kind of a giveaway."
"Yeah." She grins widely, and if he looks closely, he might see that her eyes are a ridiculously unnatural shade of violet. They match the streaks in her hair. "Fifth year, 1988, Hufflepuff. You look familiar. I'm Dora Tonks, by the way."
Please, ignore the fact that she just tripped over thin air a little.
"Huh? Oh! Uhm, I'm well, on summer vacation, but I'll be fourth year when I get back. I'm in Gryffindor." Harry pauses, taking in the year she's said. He'd been born a few years by then. She'll know who he is, unless she's from a seriously alternate universe. He almost wishes for that. "1994. Harry... Potter. 'S nice to meet you."
Harry nods, thankful for the distraction, for the minutes he can spend talking to Sirius to stall this departure as much as he can.
"I'll miss you all too. This has been... fantastic, really. I wish I didn't have to leave." He walks over to his god-father, er, of the past. "But I do. There are things I need to do."
"Yeah, understood. Well, give 'em Hell from us, eh?" Sirius reaches out for a one-armed hug, ruffling Harry's hair as he does. "Especially old Snivellus."
"I don't recommend calling him that," says Lily mildly, joining them. "If he's your teacher, it's likely to do you more harm than good."
"Will do. I'll give Hell to anyone who can give me some bloody answers." Harry smiles, hugging Sirius back with one arm and blinking rapidly as his hair is ruffled.
Not many people bother ruffling that mess.
Harry nods at his mother. "I'll be doing my best to try and just stay out of his way, actually. No callin him Snivellus or anything else."
She's currently perched at a table near the door wearing the robes Sirius gave her for her birthday - burgundy trimmed with gold, silk, very expensive, and practically humming with defensive spells.
"Uhm..." Harry doesn't really know how to approach someone that he doesn't know very well. He's always being dragged around and introduced to others, but someone else usually did the introducing or pushed in front to be introduced.
So Harry simply fixes his luggage together and pets Hedwig in her cage, making sure he has everything he needs one last time. It'd be just like him to leave and realize he'd left something he really needed.
"Back to your aunt and uncle's, Harry? Ooooh, I hope they don't give you too terrible of a time! I'll write, and I'll make Ron write too! Several times a week if you want! Don't forget to do your homework, especially Professor snape's! He's given us a rather interesting essay topic this summer. Keep in touch, ok?" And there's a friend!glomp.
"I'm sure we'll be able to come back here. It's only logical that if we can get here once, we'll be able to get here again."
"Hey, thanks! Yeah, mum and Sirius went and gave them a talking to actually so I bet they won't be as bad this year." Harry says with a small smile as he adjusts his glasses. "Yeah, course, I'll write."
He purposely avoids the mention of homework and Snape.
Harry nods, trying not to be too hopeful. "Right, logical, because this place clearly adheres to logic and all."
"Well, not normal logic, of course. But everyone in here has either been able to come and go, or hey can't leave. I wonder if it's a bit like Narnia..."
Perry approached JD, having exhausted himself walking all over the Inn without knowing exactly what he was looking for or where he was going. At least he knew the layout of the place now.
He hated to admit it, but he was glad to see him. Even the smallest bit of familiarity was comforting. He hated dramatic changes, and this one had been huge. He sat down across from him without a word, not really sure what he wanted to say.
JD looked up from the table when Perry sat down. Somehow he knew that that was who had sat across from him, though the sound of someone sitting down had made him jump. As always, he had been lost in his own little world.
"Loads," he groaned. Sarcasm, yummy. "I tried that door five times, but it never budged. Was about to hack it to peices with an axe, but with my luck it would just magic itself fixed," he told him, aggravation clearly written on his face. He was tired now, and he just wanted to go home, maybe take a nap in the on-call room since apparently he'd be stepping right back out into hour 10 of his shift, right where he'd left it.

"Wotcher. You from Hogwarts?"

Apparently, not, and apparently, wizards and witches made up a large portion of the population here. Not that he was complaining about that.
"You too, then?" He winces a bit at his lack of questioning skills. Well, that's bloody obvious, you dolt.

Sirius is perched on the back of a nearby booth, his feet dangling off the edge.
"We'll miss you.'

Faith is many things, but never shy; she's up on her feet and cooing over Hedwig about .02 seconds after she first hears the hooting.
"Hello, pretty girl. Sirius mentioned you use owls to deliver mail in your world...his isn't as beautiful as you, though."
Reply
"Yes. Her name is Hedwig."
Hedwig responds very happily to the cooing and the compliments.
He smiles a little. "She seems to like you."
