Wonderful Wednesday
I had a really fun time last night. I took the train to work and brought my tote bag with overnight clothes. I worked until 5:00pm (after finishing a letter - I'm such a good employee!). Boutique Dress
I just bought the most adorable dress for the wedding rehearsal dinner at a boutique about a mile from my office. It is so fantastic! I paid a lot for it, but this is one of those occassions where it feels completely appropriate.

Stuff and Stuff
Bridesmaids dresses should be outlawed. Two of my girls measurements indicated (according to the vendor) that they should order "plus sized" dresses (which cost $40 extra). 2 Caltrain deaths today
I normally take the Caltrain to work. I get on in Mountain View and cruise up to San Francisco where a coworker picks me up on her way to the office. Dying, diet, and exercise
Yesterday, my friend Margit and I dyed a bunch of wool yarn with Kool Aid - it was so awesome! I can't wait to see what it looks like after the dye is set. Then we have to wash it and dry it. We each dyed enough for a pair of socks and a felted bag. I did the sock yarn in blue/green/purple and the other yarn in red/orange/yellow. We have more yarn ( Read more... ) -
FAFSA
I just found out that my Expected Family Contribution for school next year is $15,350. Considering that I am not a dependent and didn't make that much money this year, this seems pretty high...
