My daughter loves to scare the crap outta me. The other night, I came out of the bathroom and she was stood there facing the door, just staring. I jumped out of my skin, she laughed her head off. She's only eight, but she knows how to give me a fright lol.

When she was a lot younger, her nan and I were watching a scary movie in the dark, and all of ( Read more... )

Your daughter sounds awesome :)

I like to scare my younger brother because it's the only thing I can do as he's bigger than me now.

We went to see Paranormal Activity when it was out, and it freaked him out. So after he went to bed I snuck into his room to grab his ankle and pull him out of bed. But before I could he sat up straight with huge eyes and screamed.

I almost broke my leg trying to run out.

It's entirely unintentional but I scare the living daylights out of my roomate fairly often. She always complains that I walk on cats feet, and a roomate I had before her always threatened to put a bell on me so I would stop 'sneaking up' on him. Geeze I'm sorry I don't stomp around~~ haha... But I have to admit that it's pretty fun watching my roomate scramble for 'saftey' when I happen to scare her. **evil** Heh heh heh

When I was 8, I coated my hands in Vaseline and laid down under my parents' bed waiting for Mom. She sat on the bed, and I grabbed her ankles. She screamed bloody murder, and I got a huge hiding for it. It didn't matter to me. It was worth it. >:} I always played pranks like that on her and my friends. My husband and I have a truce with pranks, though, ever since I was in law enforcement and my reactions to being startled these days are a lot more intrinsically dangerous instead of funny.

XDD

I remember a family friend told us she put a wad of vaseline on her hands, then pretended to sneeze in front of her germaphobe friend, and then said "Ahh, nature's moisturizer!" and rubbed it all over her hands. The friend's reaction? PRICELESS.

Although now I have ideas, too. ;D

I'm always unintentionally scaring my mom, too. It's to the point where if I'm going to walk into a room she's in I make sure I'm as noisy as possible XD

I do that with my grandma! She's the only person I don't scare on purpose 'cause I'm afraid she'll have a stroke or something, but I've managed to scare her while A) trying to scare someone else, and B) doing something mundane.
