I decided to go by the new office today to drop off the contract, my bank details, and take a look around. I wanted to see where to park, get a good look at my desk. I called them and they referred me to a free-phone (toll free) number to call. I told them I wanted to apply for an NI number. I've applied for about a dozen jobs today. My fingers are tired and my brain hurts. I have actually gotten a couple of calls already, which is good. I don't know why it seems to be so difficult to find work here. I've got craploads of experience and I really, really do WANT to work.
