Another belated update
I passed my RN boards this summer and am now working as a full-fledged registered nurse!
Except now they expect me to, y'know, KNOW stuff. What's up with that? ;) -
It occurred to me I never gave an update on the nursing boards status
I PASSED! :D I am now officially a Licensed Practical Nurse!
Classes for the RN portion of my program are well underway but I'm still making time to read through this year's Watson's Woes entries. -
Regarding 2018 Watson's Woes
I may have to completely bow out this year, the first time since 2012 that I haven't at least made an effort. Life update: I'm in nursing school, I'm finishing up a summer semester with the last two tests in exactly two weeks and each test is worth 1/3 of my final grade and then there's the boards to study for and I'm really, really freaking out ( ( Read more... ) -

I think I've said this before but . . .
apparently there's a cut scene (or maybe it didn't even get filmed) from It's a Wonderful Life where Clarence confronts Potter about the $8000 dollars.
I would love to see that. Or even just read the script.
Or maybe I'll just write my own version. :D -
It's official!
I am an ASCP-accredited phlebotomist! :D
(I did get a "preliminary pass" immediately after taking the exam but I finally got my score today so I figured "preliminary" had been upgraded into "confirmed.")
