Well it's 6:17pm and I decided when I woke up that I would fast for the next couple of days since I don't have to dance. Two days ago I called my friend who is a top trainer. Over the years I've watched him sculpt his body into exactly what he wants it to be. When does hard work pay off? Sometimes I feel like why do I work so hard, and eat so healthy when nothing changes and my fellow colleges are perfect without trying. I'm SO frustrated!
