Well it's 6:17pm and I decided when I woke up that I would fast for the next couple of days since I don't have to dance. I'm spring cleaning my entire apartment and getting rid of lots of clothes I've been hanging on to for no apparent reason. It'll feel like weight loss when I'm through. I'm not sure about what kind of fast I'll do. I've just had black coffee and water with lemon and ginger today. It's easier for me to restrict completely than control portions. I wish that wasn't the case but whatever, I'm 120ish lbs and have a goal weight of 115. Haven't had my period in 3 months and am taking progesterone pills to induce it. Hopefully then I'll drop a few too. Looking forward to that and being thin rather than muscular.
