Well I've tried to live lately as if I had started the plan, I thought getting into the groove would make it a little easier. Today I kicked my butt.
i'm eating breakfast consisting of protein like an egg white omlet with diced veggies ( plus my daily vitamins and emergency), snacking on celery, almonds, hard boiled egg whites, and fruit, i changed my eating schedule. after ballet in the afternoon i'll eat dinner (which consists also of lean protein and veggies) at 4:30pm go to the gym to do an hour of cardio and toning, then a sip of non fat chocolate milk bc i've heard it's good after training) have an apple and green tea by 7:30pm and bed around 11:30pm for an 8hr night sleep. I had a really good day at ballet. I'm motivated and ready to give it everything.
This morning I weighed in at 120.. which is my body's natural normal weight. My first goal is to be 117, then 115, then 113. If I could do it eating healthy and working hard i would love it. i've got there before but i gain it back too easily.
so for today..

C- 2/2 took an amazing shower afer the gym. but mostly was doing laundry and organizing my closet.

haven't really decided how often i will weigh in. i don't want to freak out everyday about it if it fluctuates... but i like keeping track. ok goodnight. take care.
