Went out yesterday with temiikon for her birthday to karaoke and Yoshinoya (Dallas BBQ was the original plan but it was crowded as sin. Times Square on a Saturday night, go figure). The heatwave finally broke. It's only 77 (25) degrees right now. :D There was some rain this afternoon; a moment when it straight-up poured and it was awesome. And it might rain again tomorrow, so that's even better, and it looks to stay below 90 (32) all week ( Read more... )

More importantly, my heart goes out to the people of Norway and China and the Winehouse family for their losses. People ragged on Amy Winehouse, but a death is still a death. :/
