[Spoiler (click to open)] This show started off so strong and gave us episode after episode of pretty good television. Then in typical marvel fashion, it ends flat

[Spoiler (click to open)]Even though I really loved all the episodes and loved the ending and how it all came together, I can see your points, esp. re: Billy, and totally agree with you on it. (I kind of wish we left the Hex creating to Wanda.)
I'm still disappointed Alice died because it felt really tragic that she broke her curse, had a big moment, and then one of our WOC is gone.
Perhaps if we had more episodes, we'd have a fuller story that felt more centred over the women? I feel like we could've dove into a lot more, since everyone had such rich histories and magic to explore.
I can understand your frustration, but I disagree that the ending felt lacking and rushed. If anything, it felt like the series was created with a clear end goal in mind and was fleshed out around that concept, and imo the payoff was well-earned.
Phenomenal. THEY STUCK THE LANDING. MARVEL ACTUALLY DID IT!
[Spoiler (click to open)]I have a lot of questions about Agatha's origins, the Darkhold (which I'm surprised wasn't answered or included, but I would suspect she acquires it after Nicholas), when and how she began with Rio, where her Salem trial comes into it, Nicholas Scratch and her sacrificing the witches… But what a phenomenal end! I love that episode 9 recontextualised the entire show, and really changed how you view Agatha and Billy throughout. I originally thought Agatha's surprise at the door appearing in episode two was because of Sharon's non-magical self, but it was because it was a lie all along

What an incredible finale. I was basically non-stop sobbing through both episodes. 😭
My thoughts: [Spoiler (click to open)]I was hoping for mentor!Agatha since the Billy Maximoff reveal and we get ghost mentor!Agatha??? We literally can't stop winning.
Sasheer Zamata, THE WOMAN THAT YOU ARE! I loved watching her subtly change her tone and her facial expressions as she repeated "You hold nothing." What a beautiful moment of catharsis.
The kiss of Death was even more beautiful and passionate than I imagined. Imagine making Lady Death herself shed a tear.
"The Ballad of the Witches' Road" being a self-fulfilling prophecy that Agatha herself unwittingly created was peak writing imo. Every decision she made, including (and especially) fucking with The Scarlet Witch, ultimately led her to a giant mirror. And when she finally saw the cracks in that motherfucker's reflection, not even the afterlife could stop her from finding purpose.
The set-up at the end... I'm going to physically fight Kevin Feige if filming for VisionQuest doesn't start IMMEDIATELY.
Given the wild success of AAA I would be surprised if they don't at least bring her on as a character consultant (if those characters even appear, of course). I'd like to think that the outrage at how Wanda's character was handled in MoM, for instance, hasn't gone unnoticed by the powers that be, and [Spoiler (click to open)]given how they went out of their way to not confirm Wanda's death in AAA, I believe that's the case.
[Spoiler (click to open)]I love that Agatha turned on Billy immediately when he offered himself to Rio so he would take it back, and Billy saw through her. At the end Billy also pretended to cast Agatha to the afterlife just so she could be honest with herself. They really became the Coven Two
