It's missing Michelle Williams, she asked to be killed in the Dawson's Creek finale because she didn't want to be back in case the show would be rebooted later on

She knew 5-time Academy Award nominee Michelle Williams was happening before any of us. Except me, I was obsessed with her and Joshua Jackson and knew they were the two talented ones, much to my friend's chagrin. I mean, HOW did anyone like Dawson and Joey over the icons that are Pacey and Jen.

My first thought was the guy who played cousin Matthew on Downton Abbey. Funny that show basically made actors say "never again!"

Jesus Christ!!! I had only ever seen her killed the once on live tv. I hadn't seen it in HD like this. I didn't realize she was nearly cut in half. Or maybe I blocked it out. That's fucking brutal!!

I remember it clearly because it was so sudden, shocking and they did not focus on her goodbye at all, it was brutal for such an important character

I was wondering today if Dan Stevens and Jessica Brown Findlay asked to be killed off or if Julian Fellowes just wanted to make their exit as painful as possible

If I recall Julian Fellowes said their character couldn't just leave, given who they were in that world. So he killed them.

Apparently Dan stevens told him very last minute which annoyed him. I read somewhere he said if he had known sooner, he would’ve killed both their characters together instead of two tragic deaths in a single season.

Abby’s death on Dawson’s Creek still kinda haunts me. I started watching the show probably too early as a kid (grade 5 so like 10 years old?) and always thought it was so shockingly tragic.

It was very tragic, I wasn't expecting it all bc even the most ~controversial DC moments were still pretty sanitized/palatable, whereas Abby's dead was as brutal and depressingly realistic as it could've been.

I was VERY invested on Dawson's Creek back then, but I did not care for Abby at all, so I did not have any particular feelings about her death

I only remember hating Jen's haircut during that season
