the hot ~drink~ in my city are those weird prime drinks made by one? of the paul brothers and it's selling at costco. my favourite review was someone whose teenage child begged them to buy it, they did and then the kid drank it and said it sucked lol.

ppl just seem to take energy drinks and supplements willy nilly though. i'm pretty sure my boss lives off of energy drinks and vending machine food when he's not ordering delivery tbh. i've been here more than 3 years and i can count on one hand how many times i've seen him bring lunch in. i will say i take some vitamins, but i did a lot of reading on them and i accept i may just be peeing them out, lol.

I first heard about kratom from a youtuber who was trying to get off painkillers but then got addicted to kratom instead so very scary first impression lol. At least it reminds me not to mix / get into trending supplements willy nilly.
