If I can't drive a motorcycle on a cruise, what are we even doing.

I did find a video from the High Seas Rally and I am surprised it is as popular as it seems to be lmao. And they did manage to get at least one motorcycle on the ship!

I hate the idea of cruises, lol. I won one from air miles awhile ago and couldn't go on it, my partner and I had just started new jobs. I never regretted it, I can't imagine being stuck at sea with people. We tend to be very solitary travelers and don't often travel w other bc of that.

For people that get a lil nauseous on ferries/boats, is it the same for cruises?

It depends. I don't get seasick because I was brought up on the water, but you can definitely notice the rocking. I was surprised, though, my first cruise and except for one day (wake of a storm = choppy water) the only time I noticed the movement was when I was trying to go to bed. They do sell medicine, though. A big ship is a lot more stable than a little boat.

My mom seems fine on cruises- she and my dad booked one of those round the world ones so she really better be. But I remember she got really sick when we went whale watching.

Everyone is different, but for me the bathroom/shower was the worst. I didn’t feel the boat rock anywhere else, but that area was practically off limits for me. I spent as little time as possible just so I wouldn’t feel dizzy/nauseated. It wasn’t like crazy rocking either, it just felt weird and I hated it.

I would do the Star Trek one in a heartbeat.

I’m not a big cruise person so I’d probably do Vegas first but it’s very tempting.

I’d be tempted as long as there’s no immersive character acting aspect to it, I’m just not brave enough

I went to the Star Trek experience in Vegas as a kid and at the restaurant our waiter was a Borg drone and I’ve never felt more awkward
