I feel like the show has spent a lot of time retreading old ground and I want to see more progress.
I feel like it's more about giving closure to storylines in case they don't get a new season. Did this one in particular need it? Probably not, since the episode last season was such a solid one-off, but I was thrilled to see Leighton again. And I'm personally all about the time travel.
Loved seeing Mark, and he had some really funny lines in this one. Still not mad at Talla/John, and I'm guessing it won't be a just a random hookup since we've seen that with him so much already.
Oh, I was super happy to see Leighton! I guess I wish the season was longer. I feel like the writers may not be able to do everything they want to do this season and that makes me sad. I don't mind the 'sequel' type feel, but I want new stuff too. I feel like we haven't gotten both yet, if that makes sense. But I see your point.
Yeah, I definitely wish it was longer! Crazy that we're already at 6 when there's only 10 this season. I hope there's also an element of bringing back the show's greatest hits because they tie into an overarching story that will wrap up the season. (Just speculating but the Kaylon attacking Krill, big Kaylon battle, maybe Kelly's civilization intervening at some point?)

I'm told they're thrilled with it. Hulu itself has given us the pat on the back and said they love the shows and that we're doing a great job.
and the fact that the show is 3rd in the Popular category on Hulu, maybe they will want more 🤞🤞🤞
Time travel makes my head spin, but I enjoyed the episode as always.
Issac trying his best in his own little way always pulls at my heart strings. Mostly because while I’m not some life form like Issac, being neurodivergent you really feel like an Issac trying to figure out human interaction sometimes.
This reminded me of that two-parter of Voyager, where they go to the 90’s. I loved it. These last few episodes have been fantastic, and I don’t mind them revising past storylines.
Wait, can we talk about Charly? I know she's kind of a trope (that biker bar scene did not help) and started off as a foil, but it is that the actress is flat? Because I think a better actor would have been able to sell this by now. She's giving CW.
I feel you. A more skilled actress would have been able to provide the role some nuance, but as it stands she just reads as one of those, “not like other” girls.
It sucks because I like LITERALLY everyone else in the show. Hell, they ditched Alara and brought in Talla and now I like her, when Alara was my fave. Telaya, like her even while she’s a radical zealot. Fucking Klyden while hateful made for a compelling antagonist. I think it’s really just the actress.
