The Orville: New Horizons season 3, episode 6, "Twice in a Lifetime", is now on Hulu! What do you think??? Favorite part? Least favorite?

[My Thoughts (warning: they are all over the place)...]I'm not a huge fan of time-travel episodes in scifi (I know that's weird, sorry). So overall this isn't one of my favorites, but it was still enjoyable. I actually took some notes that are all over the place but I guess I'll just say that I enjoyed the humor in this episode. I was SO happy to see Mark Jackson back in 'human' form! That was freaking awesome. I am not happy about John/Talla hooking up. I was watching her give the massage and was like "don't make out, don't make out, don't--- NOOOOOO!" I just hope they don't become a legitimate couple because I think John is too much of a player to treat our girl Talla right. I guess we'll see what happens with that as the season goes on. I also don't enjoy the 'everyone dates each other' trope in tv shows in general. Take a drink every time Ed asks "What do you mean?" so far this season. It's been at least once per episode, if memory serves. The ending left me feeling SO bad/sad for Gordon! Poor Gordon!!!! Lastly, and sorry my thoughts have been all over the place, but so far four out of five of the episodes this season have basically been 'sequels' to previous seasons. I'm not sure how I feel about that because I want new stuff to happen, if that makes sense? I feel like the show has spent a lot of time retreading old ground and I want to see more progress.

Lastly, I just wanted to point fans in the direction of this awesome interview that Seth gave to Collider. I really enjoyed it because it answered some questions I had about filming during the pandemic, when Seth finds time to sleep (lol), and other cool stuff:

We spoke w/ @SethMacFarlane about #TheOrvilleNewHorizons, directing while acting, why he’s so proud of the newest episode, 'A Tale of Two Topas', and being guarded about what they reveal in the trailers.https://t.co/GdOcqsf5Eh
