i've seen some people on reddit speculate that the initial person who started it isn't the same person, like they handed it off to someone else because the tone of the posts changed. or maybe the fame and attention went to their head? but the account sucks now and i can't believe people are actually buying merch lmao

I've seen that too. The "content has changed". Personally, I think that three things happened - 1) There are 10x more submissions (at least) than there were a year ago 2) She started taking sponcon bc it's becoming a job and 3) she's made deals with celebs to post good press about them. So idk if the person actually changed or just the content but it's my opinion that that stuff did happen bc they p much are posting every day, multiple times a day so I can't imagine they aren't making money somehow via this shit and it isn't just Anon Plz hoodies.

It’s a bit weak if that’s all they have as a disclaimer, I’d reckon a good lawyer could argue in reality the behaviour of the account runs contrary to that statement/they promote themselves as a source of real info.

Are they like a Reddit group where users just make whatever posts they want, or are they curating/writing up what they get? I don’t follow them, but in general the more hand they have in crafting the content as opposed to simply letting users make their own posts the harder it is to disclaim liability
