I’m sure Deux Moi’s fifteen minutes of fame are close to being up. I’ve always wondered the validity of some of their claims. They’re like US Weekly and other magazines that make up stories of celebrities being pregnant every couple of months.

We need one of the ONTD lawyers to tell us how ironclad their bio of "this account does not claim anything published has basis in fact" is and if it is gonna keep them from being sued

It’s a bit weak if that’s all they have as a disclaimer, I’d reckon a good lawyer could argue in reality the behaviour of the account runs contrary to that statement/they promote themselves as a source of real info.

Are they like a Reddit group where users just make whatever posts they want, or are they curating/writing up what they get? I don’t follow them, but in general the more hand they have in crafting the content as opposed to simply letting users make their own posts the harder it is to disclaim liability
