Aside from the torrential wind and rain up and down the country for a start, the community - after a seventy-year absence - has whirled back into his life in the form of a virus that transported him to Hogwarts for a few days. So it would appear that the community's gone and brought someone back from the dead, albeit by somehow rewinding time and leaving them without any of their memories from before whatsoever.
