Summer :D
It was 30 degrees in the bakery today! Great for working with ganache, not so great for my poor butter cream. But still om nom nom worthy. Delicious delicious mess of chocolate cake, chocolate butter cream, raspberry puree... mmm. It was a good day.
Tomorrow I get to make the fondant love monkey cake toppers! So cute. I love wedding cake days -

Another dream.
I'm walking to high school one morning. Only it's not my usual school. I got into this fancy school at the end of the earth. I meet up with a few other students on the road and we all hike up the hill together. They're all telling me how great this new school is when we come to this cliff. So. 4am and I have to leave for work. Grab my bag and my keys and head out the door. Turn around to lock the door and the fucking key doesn't work. I look at it, yeah it's the square gold one. I got Em to drink beers!!! I'm proud of myself. I'm gonna gop back to my beer now. At some poijt I will; come on here sober and in my right fram,e of the mind nd tell you all what is going down and other things and if I got my spice from Lumby or not. But I needtk get something. I forget.
