It was 30 degrees in the bakery today! Great for working with ganache, not so great for my poor butter cream. But still om nom nom worthy. Delicious delicious mess of chocolate cake, chocolate butter cream, raspberry puree... mmm. It was a good day.
Tomorrow I get to make the fondant love monkey cake toppers! So cute. I love wedding cake days!
