The Preserve, Tuesday afternoon
After finishing up her Superhero class and talking to Captain Liberty, Will headed back into the preserve, still in her Guardian form. After she'd finished up her homework for, Will took the opportunity to throw a CD in her diskman and sprawl out on her bed. Last week had been weirder than usual. On Monday, she'd gotten a grammar book on Monday from a very young looking Santa Claus. Will had been having a decent enough evening. She'd pulled out the packet on exorcisms that she'd gotten in class on Monday, and was reading through her notes trying to see if any of the methods listed there would work with the Heart of Candracar, while listening to music on the radio ( Read more... ) -

Will grinned to herself as she carried a box up to her room. Yay, another package from home! Her Mom had sent her a big package of stuff this time, and she secretly hoped that there were new clothes in there. Will took a deep breath to calm herself. The Superhero fashion show was this afternoon, and since this was the only way to change into her costume she might as well get it over with. One of the problems in having a birthday so soon after Christmas was that it tended to be kind of a let down, since most people were still partied out from the month before. She'd had a long phone call with her Mom, and in a snap last minute decision, Will had decided to go home to Heatherfield for a bit to celebrate the New Year with her family.
