Got up early to go uptown to Yorkdate Mall with lady__croft for a little retail therapy...hours of walking but at least I got my exercise for the day in!

Purchased a hoodie from one of my fav surf clothing haunts Billabong! LC picked up a sweater wrap than I'm now regret not getting as well....it's so soft and comfy that I just might head over to the one ( Read more... )

What a holiday weekend! Everything seem to get moved around from shopping to going to the movies. Finally got new desk chairs from Staples instead of Ikea as there were the same price (5 minute walk vs 1.5 hr TTC trek) - put them together in about 30 minutes \o/. Have screwdriver will build! Yesterday I went to get a massage because the pain in my shoulder was too much to bear. Wow was it ever amazing and the pain has gone down considerably. I put a lot of heat on it as well....and it's almost as good as new. I'm getting massages every month from now on. I deserve it! We went to the lunch and on the way there I found this Halloween store....I was so excited that on the way back one of the other girls who enjoys the Halloween too went in to take a quick look around before heading back to the office. Went back to Ikea to pick up lamps. Got 3 lamps @ $10. Also picked up a couple of things for the kitchen/bathroom. Love how easy it is to assemble Ikea stuff. I'll never understand people who think it's difficult...it's not Rocket Science lol.

Popped up to Ikea this afternoon. Finally found someone who knew where to pick up the shuttle bus. lady__croft and I walked around picking out some much needed items for the condo including two side tables that fit together to form a coffee table. Can now have free space in front of the TV instead of the large round table which will be going on Craig's List ( Read more... )
