Went down to the old neighbhorhood cinema this afternoon to watch Mamma Mia 2 (miss this theatre so much & it's cheap prices lol). Found time to go see the Gullermo del Torro's movie THE SHAPE OF WATER. Lovely unconventional romantic film. I wasn't a huge fan of the ending though. You'll have to see it then we can discuss. Overall though I'd recommend it just for it's beauty and grace.

Went to see The Mummy this afternoon. Yes the one with Tom Cruise. No I am not a TC fan. He was ok in it to be honest. Didn't hate his character but didn't love him either. Went into this movie not sure what to expect. I'd seen the trailers/promos for it and parts looked really cool and parts looked meh. I wasn't sure if I'd be getting the same thrill ride that the original Triple X movie delivered. It wasn't quite up to par but it was still fun. No spoilers btw. So this afternoon LC and I went to see Inferno based on the book of the same name by Dan Brown. LC has read the book, I have not - on my to-be-read-list. Apparently the movie veers from the book. Now I may want to read the book sooner than later just to know the differences. The movie was directed by Ron Howard.
