The dregs of yesterday mornings cup of tea got tossed when I spotted what looked like part of a bug in the bottom of the cup. Didn't take a good look at it - just tossed it straight away. For Christmas we were given a paella pan by pr0zak. (Thank you!) We've given it a run a couple of times now. These are pics of the first attempt. Was ok, but there was plenty of room for improvement. The crust on the bottom of this one was a little too crusty.. ie, burnt. And the burnt taste permeated a little too much through the whole dish ( Read more... )
