Chicken Tagine

Been meaning to post these for awhile.... so now you're all going to get a bunch of catch up foodie and crafty posts as I go through some photos.

I got my tagine on super-special from an import shop, but I think you did better! :)
The chunky terracotta ones are for cooking, while the more delicate, multi-coloured types are for serving/presentation only.
Traditional method is a bed of charcoal, which wouldn't go so well in my apartment, so I use the oven. I think I prefer your setup. :)
