This is now officially a day that can only get better.
My boss owns the building in which our offices are located, and rents much of the second floor to an insurance group. We seldom hear from them except when it’s time to pay the rent - always on time - which I suppose makes them the perfect tenant. This morning was one of those “seldoms”.

Gee, he's a grouchybutt this morning. He's got a trial starting and he always gets like this when a case doesn't settle.
Think I should point out that if he doesn't like trials he shouldn't have become a lawyer?
