Oops I just realised today that I didnt ost last week. Well last week I only lost 200grams but I am still happy with this because to me any loss is good. As long as I don't gain more weight. This week went better with an 800gram loss so altogether over the last two weeks Ive lost another kilo ( Read more... )

Well I went to my first weigh in tonight after my first week on the weight watchers system and:

Current Weight: 103.9kg
10% goal weight: 94.5kg
Goal Weight: 60kg

Total Weight left to lose: 43.9kg

Measurements:

Neck: 37cm
Upper Arm: 38.5cm
Chest: 117.5cm
Waist: 107.5cm
Hips: 131cm
Upper leg: 69cm
Calf: 48cm
