I know that you don't actually catch a cold from being cold, or going out in the cold with damp hair, or getting your feet wet. So my cataract surgery went well. They threatened a few times to put me under because I got a little twitchy, but I stopped twitching and they were able to finish under local anesthesia. Some very weird stuff has been happening to me -- mostly good weird -- since I joined the gym three weeks ago. Keep in mind, now, that I've only been going on weekends, and the first weekend I simply did two 20-minute cardio workouts (on the elliptical -- blech!) since I hadn't learned the weight machines yet ( Read more... ) -
