Phew I'm tired. Feeling better about the after summer situation. Just going to focus on getting a job and let the big picture happen when it happens.

It sucks that USA is now out of the World Cup but it has been great watching it in Europe, I have to say. Next weekend is the 4th of July and there are a couple of things going on for it in Cork so hopefully Andy will come down for the weekend and we can check it out. So been in the house for good since Friday. Today is Wednesday. Still no Internet there, so at college using theirs. It makes it harder to do my project work though when I can't quickly google something and then continue on my way. I've also been applying for jobs. Andy has gone home for a day and then flies out to Africa tomorrow morning, although they won't arrive there until Monday evening, I think. Sweet, I have summer housing sorted out. I pay the deposit on an ensuite room in a house on Monday. It was a tough decision between 2 houses but ultimately the location was better for the one I chose. Had my first meeting with my thesis adviser today. He told me we're aiming for 70+ points for my final project. It's going to be tough but I'm really inspired to do well now that he expects me to/believes I can do it.
