so it's body vive 2:30, body pump 3:45, and bodyflow 4:50 actually - so it's almost all yoga - little bit of tai chi in it. I think bodyflow is even easier then the plain yoga classes. it's a mat class w/no dancing or jumping/etc. :S
yes - thanks! If I get tired I'll just quit :) People leave mid class at the YMCA fairly often: one of the nice things of all the classes being free is one can come & go as able.
Heh; it's not OCD - I'm just used to chasing 2 high energy girls around for 9 plus years - when they are away, esp for a whole weekend, I need some other reason to run around and burn off my energy and not sink into missing them. OCD would imply some kind of pattern or such - I just go when I can. Workdays I hardly go since work takes most of the day but a weekend alone : might as well go exercise.
Marathon? No way - I can't really stand running. It's not good for my back knees or asthma - I want to last if I can *grin* I don't think I'll ever train for a marathon - just training to keep up w/everyday I guess.

Just left you a voicemail, hehe. How about yoga Sunday morning at 9:30am? No interference w/ football, etc. ;]
