3 hours in a row?

Would it be a bad idea for me to do 3 hours of exercise back-to-back? I've done 2 without issue.

It's :
hour 1 BodyVive (dance/light effort/aerobic)
hour 2 BodyPump (weights, pushups, situps)
hour 3 Yoga (stretching and strength & stability/balance positions)

I feel it's a good set - as if I'm tired after 2 hours I can ease off the strength work in Yoga & just do the stretching primarily as a cool down hour (?)

If I'm really getting fit I should be able to do this, right?
