i just have to cheer up & remind myself I have lost 20 lbs since Jan 2007 - so what if I haven't lost anything since Jan 2008. I mean, I have swayed in the same 5 lb range all year - I definately LOOK different then Jan 08 : my arms are curvey & my stomach's nearly flat, so hey. It's important to remember that you aren't GAINING weight, either! That in itself is an accomplishment.
