i just have to cheer up & remind myself I have lost 20 lbs since Jan 2007 - so what if I haven't lost anything since Jan 2008. I mean, I have swayed in the same 5 lb range all year - I definately LOOK different then Jan 08 : my arms are curvey & my stomach's nearly flat, so hey. Cheer up, and don't cheat on the consistency of healthy eating. And keep exercising.
It seems finding a friend to workout w/has helped me immensely expand my workouts (thank you
KTIG) but I have to not get down about lack of progress and let my mood disway me from continued efforts.
PS: I ordered some cool at home dance dvds which the girls & I will have sooo much fun doing :) I'm excited about that.
